The creation of the products is included within these days. Please note that you will receive a tracking number as soon as your shipping label is printed BUT you will still have to wait 5-15 business days, after you made your order, before the order is given to the carrier.

Processing times may be delayed. Processing times vary due to the issues relating to COVID-19 and government orders and the impact to our business. Processing times may also be extended during holidays, launches/re-stocks, limited edition releases and promotions.

→ Shipping France: Between 4 - 7 business days

*Please understand that business days do not include weekends or holidays such as New Year’s Day, Martin Luther King Jr. Day, President’s Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas, etc.

 

My Package is Lost or Stolen, what should I do?

We offer Product Tracking on all of our Packages. If a problem occurs and you don't receive your package, make sure to communicate with your designated courier. Once an order is shipped, it is no longer of our accountability. Therefore, if it were to get lost or stolen, you would have to contact the courier company directly to file a claim. We do not refund or re-ship lost or stolen items.
Please note that once an order is placed, the order is final.
 
I am an international customer (outside CANADA.) Do I have to pay customs and taxes?

All packages are shipped via Canada Post. Items shipped outside of Canada may be subject to import duties, taxes and/or charges which are not included in the total cost of your order, nor will they be covered or reimbursed by Touch Radiance.

We are not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers from Canada Post to the local carrier in your country or air and ground transportation strikes or delays once the package has exited the United States.

Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to placing your order.
