We use vegan & organic-sourced preservatives in all of our products to eliminate the risk of bacteria proliferation. Make sure to verify the self life of your product to ensure that you experience optimal freshness and efficacy. Our commitment to using vegan and organic-sourced preservatives reflects our dedication to providing you with products that not only prioritize your well-being but also uphold environmental sustainability.

All of our products are handmade in Montreal, Quebec.


Orders & Shipping

We offer Product Tracking on all of our Packages. If a problem occurs and you don’t receive your package, make sure to communicate with your designated courier. Once an order is shipped, it is no longer of our accountability. Therefore, if it were to get lost or stolen, you would have to contact the courier company directly to file a claim. We do not refund or re-ship lost or stolen items.
Please note that once an order is placed, the order is final.

All packages are shipped via Canada Post. Items shipped outside of Canada may be subject to import duties, taxes and/or charges which are not included in the total cost of your order, nor will they be covered or reimbursed by Touch Radiance.

We are not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers from Canada Post to the local carrier in your country or air and ground transportation strikes or delays once the package has exited the United States.

Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to placing your order.

Returns & Exchanges

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Our natural products are perishable so they cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

To return your product, you should e-mail us at and we will provide you with a return address.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
